Does a Search Console app show Google Analytics 4 data?
QueryWatch shows Search Console data only: clicks, impressions, CTR and position. It does not show GA4 sessions or Bing data. Here is what to use for each.
No. QueryWatch is a Google Search Console app, so it shows Search Console data only: clicks, impressions, CTR and average position. It does not show Google Analytics 4 sessions, conversions or Bing Webmaster Tools data. Bing Webmaster Tools is on the roadmap. If you need on-site behaviour, keep GA4 open alongside it.
Which tool answers which question?
| Question | Where to look |
|---|---|
| How many people clicked my result in Google Search? | Search Console, and so QueryWatch |
| Which queries and pages earn impressions? | Search Console, and so QueryWatch |
| What did visitors do after landing? | Google Analytics 4 |
| Where do I rank for one fixed keyword each day? | A dedicated rank tracker; QueryWatch is not one |
What does QueryWatch show on the free tier?
Every property your Google account can access, with no site limit: clicks, impressions, CTR and average position, top 100 queries and pages, country and device splits, a striking-distance view (positions 8 to 20), change investigation, widgets, 5 URL inspections a day, the sitemap list, CSV export and Demo Mode. Pro adds alerts, 16 months of history and PDF reports.
Why will the numbers never match GA4?
Search Console counts clicks on Google Search results; GA4 counts sessions recorded by a tag on your pages. Consent banners, blocked scripts and other traffic sources all push the two apart. Our post on Search Console vs Google Analytics 4 explains the differences in detail.
Can I try it without connecting Google?
Yes. Demo Mode runs the whole app, including Pro screens, on four sample properties without signing in. Read try a Search Console app without connecting Google for what it shows. For the full tier list, see the product page.
QueryWatch is independent and not affiliated with Google.
